This happens everytime im connected to the internet via wifi using browser, checking email or rss feed.

Then it will shift to something ike Eik_____
Couldnt catch it becuase the phone rebooted already.

I guess this is the famous Wi-FI issue that we all get. And we all hope it'll get fixed in the next release or so they say.

do you use messaging a lot? or just web browsing?

But if that is the case, then there is something wrong (like a magic allignment of the stacks - of course I made that up) with my phone, and it will never be a reproductible error, hence will never be fixed?!
It is very hard to imagine SE did not know about all these issues. that is why the delay. and now it will be even more difficult to address all of the issues each user encounters, since now the issue it's unique to ones device configuraton?! does not sound good at all.

I had this happen to me last Friday. It happened right after I received an email via WiFi and I got an error message saying Maximum Character Length Exceeded...then it kept giving me the IrSendListen error over and over again so I shut down the phone and restarted and then WiFi kept getting this error.
I disabled wifi and brought the phone home and then re-enabled and tried it on my WPA2 wifi and everything worked fine. Then I brought it back to the free wifi place and it worked fine there too so who knows if the problem will come back.

plz try to close all the apps and then open a new app its not that such errors are happening in uiq 3.0 but it use to also happen in uiq 2.0 but thx to sman ..
we badly need sman specially for these guys
