Has eBay become scam-central for small electronic sales? John from Crunchgear put his phone on eBay, expressly saying that he didn't want to send it out of the country for fear of fraud and customs problems. So what happens? Some guy from Canada wins the bid. Second try, some guy in Lagos. Third try, a Rooski. Are scam artists just outbidding everyone else now with their stolen credit cards?
