get a proxy list and do the following
Configuration with Firefox
1. Click Tools->Options menu from the Firefox browser.
2. Click "Connection Settings" in "General".
3. Select "Manual Proxy Configuration".
4. Enter in the proper proxy IP and port into the appropriate fields.
5. Click OK to close Connection Settings.
6. Click OK to close Options.
7. Close and reopen Firefox.

i wanna try to see if you can sign up to something which is already knows you have signed up i.e you can only have one account per ip
