Hi I have GPRS activated on my account, but the last couple of days, I have the GPRS icon showing, but not fully coloured in, but when looked at the 'status' it shows GPRS : no access, and won't allow any data transfer.
I have checked with Vodafone and they say that there has been network issues but are now resolved. I have tried to manually update my sim, and this doesn't help either.
Anyone have any answers? Do you think it's a network problem or a handset fault?

have u tried manual network search or using handset in different area - then switching handset off & back on again???
