I'm sorry if theres already threads upon threads about this kind of stuff but i jus couldn't find out exactly what i needed from them, so i've made my own thread in desperation.

Heres my trouble, I have recently bought an orange contract from the link aproxmently 2 weeks ago and was told in order to keep my original o2 genie sim number i would need a 'puk code'. I gave it to an actual orange shop and was only discover i need a 'Pac code'. Theres jus one problem...
...where on earth do i get a pac code from?
I've been told to ring o2 but i dont know there number and everything's jus going wrong.

I've been struggling for 2 weeks and i all i want is to have my original number. Something which i've newly discoverd a pain in the backside.

If anyone could give me some kind of step by step process i need inorder to transfer my o2 number to my new orange contract i would really apreciate it.

Thanks inadvanced.

Hi

You need the PAC code from O2.

Once you have that you give it to Orange & they do the rest.

Heres the link to the O2 website, Have a look in the help section.
