> W800 White Screen of Death - HELP

My Phone: W800i
Platform: W800c
Firmware: I can't remember exactly, I think it is something like R1B002.
Problem: I turned off my phone. 6-7 hours later, when I tried to turn it on, it vibrated once and a white screen appeared. Then everything just turned blank again. I took the memory card out, and plug the phone into the charger. Now the white screen just keeps blinking. What is wrong with it? Firmware problem or hardware problem? What is the solution to this problem?

try taking the battery out and leaving it for a few hours then put the battery back in

By the way, what is the difference between Flash and Flex? When we say we are updating out firmware, is that Flash or Flex?

I heard people say if my phone has been flashed to w800c already, I cannot flash it any more. They say that I need special dongle to flash my phone or go to a cell phone store. Is this true? Is there anyway I can flash the phone myself?
