This may be old news but I've noticed that the SE PC Suite software has been updated to version 1.2.15 from 1.1.9 on the SE website. Hopefully this will solve my backup problems.....

Nope, I was being too hopeful. Just tried a backup and as previously, it hung midway through with the message that the "device cancelled backup..." Pathetic! Must do MUCH better, SE.
