> P990i restoring backup errors

I would have been so happy to start a thread saying "what a great phone"
But p990i is not a great product at all because of hundreds problems.
I spent a lot of time installing & setting up the phone,
I did a backup to save my time and my datas in case of problem(S)
Now i am unable to restore my settings (time,date,(10)emails,(mutiple)accounts)
any hints or answers to get my back up working would be greatly apreciated.

I backed up all data on my P990i and did a master reset. I then did a restore of the backup but it is not restoring the 3rd Party Applications and it gives an error (1 Remark). The problem now is that on the CD I'm not finding the 3rd party applications including the Themes etc, which were pre installed on the P990i. Does anyone knows how I can get hold of these 3rd party applications?

The only way for you to recover your 3rd party Apps (at least...factory pre installed ones) is to resinstall the FW thru SEUS... even if you have already the latest FW
I also had this issue but now i am focusing how to get my settings back without re configuring my email accounts, ringtones, etc...
