Basically it means 'always and forever online' I guess that wouldn't fit on one line in the sidebar

i am sure it said frequently online at one point.

yes, it actually randomly alternates between "perpetually", "frequently" and "regularly" online

(although I notice it seems to say perpetually more than the others)

I'm quite pleased with it... I got it yesterday morning and thought it very cool!
