Now, please tell me that I'm overlooking something - and what it is

Situation: I get an incoming call, answer. Other party asks if we can meet tomorrow. How do I get into my calendar, or tasks/notes/addresses for that matter? How to I leave the call 'on' but use my PDA? In my P910i I hit the 'back' scroll and I could 'PDA' around.... Now, I can't seem to find it.
Your comments would be appreciated.

click "more" (the centre of the D-pad)

there you can create task or make note otherwise goto task manager and thence main menu for full access to the P990

Hmmmm.. Thanks! Had not realized Taskman would do the trick.
Not realy handy - but at least I have the option now.
