Hi,

I have a k800i, and when it goes on standby, i.e. when I dont touch it for a minute or so, it has a black screen that is too dark to read the time on.

Is this black the 'screensaver'? How can I change it so I can read the time more easily?

Thanks

Floob.

if you're having a hard time reading the time, just press one of the volume keys to light up the screen for a few seconds.

Could someone post a pic of the K800 and K750 side by side in standby? I want to see how they are different because I find my K750 very easy to read in standby with no need to press buttons.

Thanks

Its not bad in the daylight, but in the evening its quite hard to see. It doesnt help that it appears in a small font. It would be good if it took up more of the screen like the T630.

while on standby..keep the volume/zoom button (either side) pressed for 2-3 seconds..the screen will slightly illuminate for u to read the time properly
