i just bought my k750 and today in the morning when trying the camera i realized with surprise that when putting the screen horizontally to shoot with the camera the screen blacked out! not visible at all. black!
i thought that maybe it was the strong light condition (under sun) that made this effect and i was VERY disappointed, i mean, what use has a camera if you can not see anything in strong light?

after playing a while i realized that the problem were my sunglasses! while wearing them i can't see anything on the screen if it is in horizontal position.

i don't know if this happens also with other sunglasses or with other phones, i just thought to share it with you and see if anybody had same experience. also, anybody has an explanation of this effect?

Never heard of that happening before. The phone must have a polarised screen.

well to say the truth my sunglasses are POLAROID
but why to obscure the screen like this only when is horizontal?

you should see it.
after i overcome the first shock and realize that nothing was wrong with my new phone it is even funny
i hold it in vertical position and is perfect and as soon as i lay it horizontally... PUF! black screen.

Both need to be polarised to do that
