> HELP! videos wont work!

iv got videos on my phone [k750i] but there isnt any audio. this is when they are in 3gp format, but if they are in mpeg4, only audio and no video plays. please help! i want to watch a video with sound!! post a reply if u know what to do!! thanks!

Do not use the word: HELP in your title. Most people tend to go right by as they know that most here need help. Just have a normal topic that gives a snapshot of your problem.
Now. It can depend on how the .mp4 was created. If it was muxed (where audio and video) is combined, sometimes this process is not able to be played on some devices, i.e. phones, etc... that have a limited set of codecs. If you can reprocess the videos but output them to the .3gp format, you should have no problem viewing them as normal.
