> P990i Hissing noise?

On my P990i the hissing noise is audible as soon as you press the Mediaplayer button, thus when listening to mp3 aswell as radio (with headset). When listening to the music, however, you do not hear it unless you set the volume rather low and especially when certain music starts or ends when the music volume is somewhat lower.
I searched my ass of over the internet, no similar case found with my same issue.
the funny thing is when I start my phone, you always get the begin tune, this tune does not hiss, but when you shutoff the phone this same tune does hiss, thats very weird...
I'm from the Netherlands
My Firmware version:
phone:CXC162037 R5A006
Bluetooth: CXC162058 R4F01
Organiser: CXC162036 R3A04
CDA: CDA162008/66 R2A01

Anyone with the same issue?
Could someone provide me some help, cause I already contacted SE support in the Netherlands, they just keep saying its my mp3 file etc.
