hi i have put my 02 sim into a k750i and it says phone locked and asks for a code. does this mean it is sim locked or been bared? please help thanks

and the other says

still sim lock on the one that says phone locked? if not been screwed out by some one on esato

'phone locked' is for the security code, not a network/SIM lock.....

Even when the phone is not barred or locked, it's no correct sale. He should have told you the code. Maybe he bought it and sold it again, without testing it, which isn't good either.
