When I send a email with attachment to my P990i, I can not open the attachment.
Whatever it is when I send it away from my Desktop (*.jpg, *.utz,...), it is just "winmail.dat" on the P990i.
Anyone else with this symptom and maybe solution?

I guess ur email (maybe Outlook) blocks the attachments and endup on ur e-mail just as info, not the actual attachment.

But the filesize of the "winmail.dat" file on the P990i is the same as the original attachment. So it looks like the P990i just cripples the filename to "winmail.dat".
Do attachments work on Yours, are they on your P990 the sam file type as they were sent?

try sending an email with attachment from an online account for example go to yahoo and send an email with attachment from there. If you can read the attachment then your outlook must be incorrect configured
