I have a K800i on Vodafone and have had the problem of callers getting the message 'this phone is currently unavailable' when they try and call me even though i am not using the phone and have a full signal. I have tried rebooting the phone as recommended by Vodafone by taking the battery out when it is switched on and removing the sim and switching it on without the sim . I have also had the sim card replaced with a new one. The problem does not occur when i put the sim in my V3 so it is definately a problem with the phone. Sometimes a call will get through after two or three attempts and recently it was unavailable for over an hour .I only managed to receive a call after switching it off and then back on. Has anyone else had this problem as the carphone warehouse said it probably needs a software upgrade but i have since checked and it has the latest software installed. Sometimes when i call out it says calling on the screen but nothing happens?
