Hi, I've already tried the search function & can pretty much confirm that the answer for this question can't be found (or is impossible to find).
Anyway, my question is, can we use the USB cable that came with the K600i to update the O/S, firmware thru SEUS? The cable I'm talking about does not connect to the usual port under the phone, K600i's have this usb port. So far I'v tried it according to the usual "take out the sim, connect to the PC while holding the cancel button" method but it doesnt seem to work.

I'm not sure if this is the answer you're looking for, but any data cable that comes with a Sony Ericsson handset can be used with the Update Service.

@taikira: thanks. I knew about that but i wasnt completely sure if i couldnt use the cable that was supplied with the k600i, wouldn't wanna waste cash buying something if i could avoid it. unfortunately, its near impossible to find the DSS-25 in brisbane..
Would I still be able to use SEUS if I buy a
DCU-11 cable instead?
