Hi there... I am upgrading a K750 and the application is still showing a "do not disconnect" message after 1 hour... even if the progress bar in the screen of the phone in the PC windows is completely green.... can I safely disconnect my phone ?
Thanks in advance.

You shouldn't touch your phone while the software upgrading process. Because the phone main File System directory is loaded by the PC and it has to be properly removed. For about you said that the phone line is green, but it stays there for a long time probably you haven't made some of the steps which are provided by the installation (software update) setup. I mean, first you have to turn off your phone, REMOVE THE SIM CARD. Shutdown all your windows application open, and then connect the phone to your PC with the USB cable holding the C button on your phone. Then Windows should automatically discover your phone as new hardware (flash drive). You need to install the Flash Drivers (they are on the SE PCsuite CD) when setup asks for the disk. Then restart your computer. Run SEUS and update your software. Turn off the phone, remove the sim card, connect it to PC holding the C button pressed on your phone and etc. It have to work perfectly if your phone is not branded\\locked to some network operator.

Thanks
