> A light to show low battery

Did you know that when a k750 has low battery (4% and below) a red light starts flashing in the infrared part. not sure if it is the same on other phones but on the s700 there was a specific light to show that as well.

...and a lot of other SE phones. i still like the old flashing LEDs (circa t39) that would blink occasionally to let you know if you had signal and rapidly if you got a txt (so you could tell even if it was on silent etc)

I found this out a while ago. If the battery has dried out and you try to switch it and there is a tiny bit of juice left ; the led flashes instead of the phone.

Maybe the red led blinks instead of the phone because, swithing the phone on when the batt is dead could kill the lithium batt.

I've noticed this on my w800 since the first days of using it. It is interesting, but have anyone of you seen the J300. It's whole keyboard blinks red from the middle. It is much more interesting than w800.
