Trying to connect to web with laptop using z800i as modem. Installed the disc on laptop and put in settings then when try and connect get message saying cannot connect no dialtone . Am I doing something wrong or is it a network error ? Both laptop and phone are working properly.

got it..was network. they gave only partial settings now got full ones and seems to be working..hopefully
