Dear all,
i have a W800i & my phone book order is first name --> last name but i want to have it last name --> first name so i was wondering if there is anyway i can do that without the need of going through each contact seperately.
i really hope that someone could help me with that.

That's no problem:
In phonebook press "more...", then "optons" and there at the bottom "extended" and there at the bottom "sort order". I don't know the exact menutext as I have a german UI.

Hi, simahima, The current phone has only one field for name in contact. I doubt there is a software does manage coctacts as the may we want.

I'm sorry, but on my phone that changes the actual order of the phonebook.
If sorted by familyname it shows like this: "Doe, John"
If sorted by firstname it shows like this: "John Doe"
Note that by familyname there is a comma separating familyname and firstname.

I have the K610. I had a Z800 and a W810 before, the worked all the same in that respect, at least I'm pretty sure about it. I'll try this evening, I still have the Z800...

I tried it on the Z800 and whow! It doesn't work. Indeed this option only affects sync order unfortunately. So that's something new in the K800/K610. Don't know about the W810.
