> Changing CDA + SEUS?
Bookmark topic
So say I'm getting a W810i off of buy.com. It's obviously NA firmware, and I don't want that. I want to flash to some Asian firmware like TW or HK using DVT. That will get rid of the shutter sound I presume, and if I change the CDA also to match my new firmware, will I be able to use SEUS in the future and keep my Asian firmware?
SEUS checks IMEI too right? So does that mean it will refuse to update (assuming CDA and current firmware match) or will it send me back to NA firmware?
thanks!

If your CDA and imei number checks out u can use SEUS after.
The CDA tells u which ver that should be installed, eu4, emea1 or soo.
Some Imea numbers are locket to a specific CDA language, branded phones for the most.
Try and only vhange your CDA and try SEUS, it should update the FW for you.
