Does anyone know if this phone has any reminder of missed calls and unreaded sms ?

you should be able to see the unread messages and missed calls icons on the upper left of your screen.
but if you want a quick list... just press right on the menu button- that should lead you to the "Today" menu.
from there you can see you recently missed calls, unread messages, appointments and tasks.

Messages depends upon your network operator, Voda gives you a message waiting Icon in top left corner. Missed call is shown by a red icon top left side screen.
