> PC Suite Backup Manager Bug?

Since the machine containing my only backup of my P990 crashes with a BSOD when the phone shuts down or powers up while being connected to the USB cable, I want to move this backup to another machine with PC Suite.
Problem is the manual mentions an export/import function, while this function is nowhere to be found in the PC Suite 1.2.15!?!
the backup is a password protected ZIP, so impossible to just look into it with some special fileviewer (hexeditor etc)
What can I do?
backups can only be done with a USB cable it seems, so BT or IR is out of the question...
