Hi, I need help, my girlfriend has a K800i on three and recenetly her phone crahed. she turned it off over night, turned it back on and the screen does not display properly. it locks and you cant do anything with the phone. i wanted to try to repair by doing a master reset. is this possible by conecting by USB? i dont want to send it off and have to wait around for packaging etc.... cant take it into a 3 store as was purchased on line. any help would be appreciated!!

I know you don’t want to wait around with sending it off but its possibly the best option and its new so its covered so you might as well send it off because if its not working now then your not going to be missing out on anything with sending it off for a few days,

Indeed, the best solution is to let it check by experts, no other chance to makd it work. If its a hw bug, u ll get a replacement.

If taking out the batt., does not help either you could try the online recovery mode. If that does not help otherwise you could get a loaner phone from your provider while you send it to SE.
