Hi, I hope someone can help, it would appear that my W550i has locked up on me, I'm not sure why but I took it to a shop today, who wanted to charge me £25.00 to fix and they said it is because of something I have put on it. When I think about it there are a couple of tracks that do not play properly...maybe it is them. O.K. thats fine, but I cant get into the phone in order to delete them. When I switch it on it freezes with "Sony Ericsson" on a black background and thats all it does, I thought I know I'll connect the USB cable and try and do it that way.....Wrong! I still cant get past the screen I mentioned above...
Any Ideas.....
Anyone.....
Surely I'm not going to have to pay on top of £150.00 the phone cost me, another £25.00.
Please help.....
