whats the procedure how to repair my other fone w550i got WSOD (white screen of death)? tnx......

Try doing firmware update. It could help solving your problem, or flash the phone. I can tell you the procedure of updating the frmware.
First you have to download SEUS (Sony Ericsson Update Service). Then turn off your phone, remove the simcard and connect your phone to the computer via the usb cable holding the C button pressed on your phone. Windows, now should recognize the phone as Flash Device. You'll need to install SE flash driver (just insert the PC Suite CD of your phone). Restart the computer. Run SEUS and do EXACTLY as the wizard says. Remove the SIM card, connect the phone to the PC holding the C button, and etc.
It should work. I've tried this on a friend's phone. He's got K750, but I think it can work with your phone too. It is SE, isn't it?
