> K800i voicemail number

I have a K800i which I bought as an O2 PAYG, which is unlocked but has a small amount of O2 branding on it. The problem is, I am unable to use the number 1 key to dial my voicemail when I have my Orange sim in it. Have tried everything in the menu to change this but with no luck. Anyone know how to do this, as it is starting to tick me off.

tried all that thanks, but still no luck, may try to call Orange and see if they will send me a sim update.
