I want to design a website which is mainly going to include pictures and images. Needs to be really easy to design and as cheap as possible.

Any ideas/links?

edit: if you want a place to just upload pictures, you can use photobucket.com

or instead of PhotoBucket you could use www.widgx.org which supports batch uploads.
