I have just got a SE K800i and am having problems getting it recognised by my PC. I have installed everything that i can find on the CD that came with it but when i try to connect to the phone (via USB) it says that nothing is connected. Please help...

i had the same problem restart both phone and pc
plug the usb in whilst the phone is off then connect it to the pc then turn it on
should work then
