Hi guys. I"m really frustrated by this. I updated my firmware to r7a001 last week. Phone was fine all the way till yesterday. I last used my camera as a business card scanner 'showing off' to my friend how it works on sunday. yesterday (tuesday), the entire phone crashes into a white screen when i try to use the camera. this happens both when i slide to uncap the lens as well as when i open the camera app. Once it crashes, the only way to get it to work again is taking the battery off... help help help!! this is frustrating.
I don't think it's a bug since i've used the camera after updating to r7.
Has anyone experienced this too?
Any suggestions on what to do?
Thanks in advance.

next time when similar crash happens, press & hold the power switch. It will force switch off the phone and allow you to restart it, without the need of taking out & putting back the battery

ditto, however i dont get a white screen. If i open the lens cover or try access the camera through the menu, the phone will just freeze and i cannot power down without removing the battery. Going to give this a few more days and send back if not

same problem here too.... but it works most of the time....
problem arises when i try to record videos in the best format into the memory card.... it hangs and it causes breaks in the videos...
but if i use the internal memory as the preferred one video recording works fine but it takes time to load....
