just got my £160 back from paypal which they were holding for 180 days! there is hope if they are holding any funds from you! Thought id let you know.

I personally have done over 300 transactions personally and over 600 through work and have never had a single proiblem.

They are reasonably safe if you follow the rules. The number of people who post by ordinary first or even second class, nothing recorded and then drip like a good one when they have to refund. They even send goods back not recorded. If you do as they say, it cuts down the chance of someone doing a chargeback.
People now look for the auctions that say standard delivery because they can say it did not turn up and Paypal will rule in their favour.
