> Phone didn’t turn up…

Yesterday (Thursday 28th) I was contacted by T-Mobile and offered an upgrade, I was informed that I would receive the new handset on next day before 1pm delivery – which I’m having to pay £6 for
- I have waited in all day but no phone has arrived, does anyone know what I should do now or is this a common thing that happens? Also does anyone know if they deliver on Saturdays?

If it's sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery there maybe a small chance that it will be delivered today (Saturday), although that all depends on your local sorting office and if they can be bothered to work today. Otherwise probably Monday.
If it's via a different courier I wouldn't hold up much hope. Give T-Mobile a call and ask what's going on, if you kick up enough fuss (possibly say that this isn't giving you a good first impression and you might consider cancelling your contract under the 14 day cooling off period) and I'm sure they'll knock some £££ off your first bill

Asked in the T-mobile store today and was told it can take up to 3 days for the phone to be delivered, phoned t-mobile tonight and they confirmed that the order had been placed but wasn’t due to arrive with me until Monday or Tuesday.... i would have kicked up more of a fuss about it but after waiting on hold and in a queue for over 30 mins i just wanted to hang up and get back to watching TV - the only thing that has gotten on my nerves is that when i placed the order i was told i would get the phone on the Friday before 1pm and that if the phone wouldn’t make it to me for that time i would be contacted, anyway i guess the deal they had offered me sounded too good to be true so i don’t mind a few mistakes on the way.... still love T-Mobile

Arrived yesterday and i already love it more then my w810i, it has a more realistic feel to it unlike the w810i which just feels like a toy, and I’m totally loving the camera - guess it was worth the wait after all

- my brother ordered his with T-Mobile on thursday gone and they promissed him next day delivery too - it didnt arrive untill the saturday.... guess t-mobile just suck at getting there phones delivered on time
