I did not see how the MXE-60 works, the flash on the K800 - yes! I'll go with the MXE-60 (optional accessory) here . . .

I used the MXE-60 with my W900i and I reckon that the Xenon flash on the K800i helps it take better pictures. Although there's not much in it, I certainly wouldn't use the K800i + MXE-60 together either.
Found this as well:

The Belgium comparison was quite poorly executed as it didn't show any samples taken at longer distance to show the difference in power, how far the flash light would expose subject properly. Also no example how the red eye problem were avoided with these two alternatives.
MXE-60 can be mounted on K800, but the combination doesn't work unfortunately.
This topic has been discussed earlier here too:

EDIT:
The third problem with the Belgium test was that it was done in complete darkness. This way the difference in exposure time couldn't be demonstrated either. Fortunately this is to be seen elswhere.

from the experience of owning a MXE-60.. it was a great flash device for K750.. just the cons about it was that it's placed on the right side of the phone.. so there'll be a bit of a shadow appear on the left hand side of the picture.. so in conclusion for the question Which one better? both are great actually but i'll go for K800.. the flash situated perfectly on top of the lens..

Well if you getting a w800 or 810, the flash is brilliant. I use it for outdoor party pictures, and the results are great.

@machuca_622
if you're getting a W800 or W810.. it's highly recommended to get an MXE-60.. the quality was way better compared to the original LED flash on the phone itself when shooting at night or low light conditions.... no doubt
@tranced
no problem mate

I agree with Quickshare, good enough to use but the only problem is the position of the thing! Anything towards the left of the shot is left with a shadow.
