> Ever claimed on your mobile insurance policy?

Have you ever claimed on your insurance policy? What where the pit falls? was your claim a success? Did you get a true replacement or was it reconditioned model or a completly different phone? Pls give all the details thanks

Remember,contact your insurance company within 48 hours,if lost or stolen the conatct your airtime provider within 24 hours and contact the police within 24 hours as well.Outside of any of these then your claim will be rejected.Your T and Cs will tell you whether you will get a brand new phone or a reconditioned one.Like all insurance read all of the small print and you will have no problems.
