Yes you can use your USB cable that came with your phone. Easiest and quickest method would be to pop off to Wotansever and buy a credit and download the program.

Should only take about 10 minutes.

Yes mate, it will. There are also replacement screens available that don't have the Vodafone logo on and a guide to changing them over in the Technical Forum.

Yes it will get rid of all the Vodafone branding and icons and reset it to the default Sony Ericsson ones. Once the debranding/flashing has been done all you need to do is pop over to the SE site and you can have the settings for wap, email and gprs for Vodafone sent over to you via SMS.

If your phone is already unlocked then it won't be locked again by flashing your phone to the latest firmware.

Personally I'd use Wotanserver as I prefer it over Da Vinci Team. Wotan also provide two excellent guides on how to do flash your phone as well:

http://www.wotanserver.com/how-to-upgrade-firmware.php
http://www.wotanserver.com/wotanclient-demo-video.php

Along with a host of other help features: http://www.wotanserver.com/help-and-support.php

A credit (at the time of writing) is about £4.86.

Just make sure your phone is fully charged before going ahead with flashing it and make sure everything on your phone is backed up to your PC or Memory Stick.

If you mean the games that are already on the phone: these will be reinstalled on to the phone when you upgrade the frimware. Well the basic ones will be (Quadrapop etc) And if they're not you should be able to download them from the SE site or elsewhere.
