does anyone having about at least 5 seconds delay after turning off the phone and immediately turning it on again? I mean after the phone turned off, if i press the power button again, it does not power on, have to wait for about 5 seconds for it to power on again. Is this normal? thanks.

It's definately not good to turn the phone off and immediately turn in on again!
You should wait for more than several seconds before switching it on.
