> Help with W Key in W300i

Hi all,
I'm having the following problem with my gf's W300i. I donīt know how but the W key started to take me to the shorcuts menu instead of the walkman (she says that it used to work but I canīt be certain). I did a master reset but didnīt solved it. I managed to enter to the service tests, and if I enter to the Keyboard test and press the W key I get "Pressed Keys : Menu". I donīt know what else to do.
