Heya, just got T300, ive got my laptop and irred, can sum1 el me step by step how to upload the stuff in the title to the fone ? Thnkz

If you have Windows 98/Me/2000/XP, you don't need any additional software. Just activate Infrarred on T300 and put the phone's transmitter facing the laptop's one. A new icon will appear in the tray. Then take the image (.gif, .jpg, .wbmp) or the tone (.imy, .mid, .amr) you want to upload, drag it and drop over a new icon that should have appeared on your desktop (Infrarred transfer or something like that).
Then your T300 will popup a message asking you for permission to download the selected file. Just say yes, and it will be put on the right folder...
In case you are having any problem, just drop me a line...
P.S.: Don't forget to activate the infrared port on your laptop, I almost went crazy the first time for this...
