I bought a phone/tariff package over the phone direct in February.
I now need a copy of the T&C of that agreement and am simply referred to their website. However this is a different agreement as it was revised 1/9/06.
I have checked the paperwork that came with the phone and also my monthly bill, but no joy.
Does anybody have any ideas ?

Go see your local VF dealer. The contract I signed in 2001 was much more detailed than the 'once over lightly' on the website.
Edit: I read your post elsewhere about the MMS. IMO Vodafone leve themselves wide open by entering into cotracts without detailing the terms and conditions properly.
I think you should have room to negotiate.
