> W800i camera button wont work

I recently replaced the case on my W800i. This went very well and looks like new. the one issue I have is with the camera button. When the top cover is off of the phone the camera works fine, but the minute I put it on the camera button wont work again.
Anyone come across this? It seems that the angle of the keypad board needs to be just right for the camera to function. please help.
