@dj - Why is your S700 dying so SOON It should last at least 5 years from date of purchase . . . . 's always have NEW models to release in it's arsenal . . . I never knew that the k618i (successor of the K600 nad k610i . . . until I saw it's display in a Mobile Phone Shop

imo SE has hard a big year already so i doubt they will introduce many newer mobiles just yet - if your looking for something new then try a w850i/k800i or one of the many other handsets they have released this year, if none of them take your fancy then you might be best waiting until next year for some more releases

agree with Stetwin.SE has had it's best year in terms of both sales and units sold. lots of variety in their portfolio too. They do however need to bring out phones with the "WOW" effect, something out of the ordinary.

I think we have been in a period of lots of low and mid end handset releases as sid it would be expanding this sector of its range.

Hopefully the expansion will cease soon and it can concentrate on giving us so cool handsets again. Soon! Everyone is bored!!

For me personaly I feel that se has focused to much on the w series this year, also the fact that the only decent cam phone is the K800.

I do like the look of the w850 but to put a camera in it that is inferior to the K750 is very dissapointing.

For me the only upgrade from a K750 would be the K800, however having a K750 with constant joystick problems has left me wanting a phone without a joystick ie, a d pad like on my S700. I was hoping that se would have brought to market a version of the W850 with at least the same cam as the K800 but that was not to be.

So far I am very dissapointed in the phones that se have released this year, yes they do look good but not phones I would buy so far. I'm not a great music person so the w series is wasted on me in that respect and I don't think that I am the only person who feels this way.

I'm anticipating an announcement this month, for release around xmas.......

.......something higher-end to replace W900/S700(both released December('05/'04 respectively)), not necessarily a swivel phone tho.....
