Hi,

I am wanting to get a K800i through o2 on contract. I am currently on o2 pay and go.

Do i need to request a pac code even if i am staying with the same network?

Usually i would just get the new number but i have like a platinum number which i would like to keep and use.

?

I think its just a generic PAC code, as your going from O2 Payg to O2 contract.

It should be PRE000000

I was told that if its online payg and online contract then its a matter of altering the computer records and can be done instantly without a PAC code.

normally referred to as an NT3 connection wifey..

from pay as you go to pay monthly.

dont need a PAC, just need to tell O2!

Just give them a call

I moved from payg to pay monthly and no PAC code was needed (well, two o2 operators said there was but the final one just tranferred it).
