mrouter is symbians solution for discovery and communication with symbian devices. Let's call it your communications hub.

I'm not sure what you mean by "connect to the net", but if you mean if you can use your phone as the communicator (via 3g or gprs) then yes.
If you mean using your PC's connection to relay internet to the cellphone, then as far as I know there's only the bluetooth PAN that lets you do that, and mrouter does not offer that functionality as far as I know.
