the driver must be in the settings, camera folder of the phone's flash not the msd! who told u to put it there? and what are you trying to achieve by putting a shortcut to it in the msd?

First, it's

/tpa/user/other/cam/camdriver0.dat, not tba

second, this path refers to /other folder in your PHONE, not the memory stick. So, you should put the camdriver0.dat in your phone memory. The camera doesn't work because it cannot find the driver in the specified place.

I don't know whether that works as I never tried. Btw, nowadays, people apply a patch (to the MAIN) to make this happen.

You need to find and put the patche who does it... it not so simple like create a folder and put the drivers...
you need to create a folder DRV( i think) and then, apply the patche using FAR manager. after that you may put the drives in the phone...

@RSantos

If you want, I can port the patch for you. I have done this to many fellow estonians. It's a relatively easy patch to port.

Let me know your firmware version if you decide to do it. You tried it and it doesn't work probably because you applied a patch not for your firmware.
