Motorola has them, hell even Samsung has those. Why not Sony Ericsson? I'm talking about the ability to lock any folder you want on your phone using a lock code. If you don't need it you disable it. My P910 has a phone lock function but it's limited in its application. I know someone once enquired about this and I feel it's time SE incorporated this into their upcoming phones.

I dont think the need for a phone lock function would bother the average joe, i certainly dont want it. At the end of the day if the stuff on your phone is so important why have it on your phone?

Nokia, however does give u the option to lock the entire phone.

Yes Quickshare I would expect SE to have it just like voice dialling, speed dialling and all the other features that most people don't use! If it doesn't appeal to you you don't have to use it but I think a lot of people would love to have it. No, not to hide staff from wives or girlfriend but to protect certain files that are necessary but not important. Important info or file I don't keep in a phone.
