Well i recently purchased a 2gb memory stick pro duo for my k750i.

My phone recognises the card, but when i put it into my card reader in my pc it does not recognise it. And when i try to format it, the pc tries to format it to 3.85mb using a FAT file.

Can anyone tell me what is wrong with my card or how to fix it??? Thanks!

Never format a card using a PC if you're using the card for a phone.

If you can, format it again using the phone.

The reason why the PC doesn't recognize the card is there is nothing on the card to read.

Do this, after you format the card in the phone, take a pic and have it saved on the card. When you put the card in the reader, there is now something that could be read and show up on your PC.

Usually the original scan disk and sony msd work the best.
