I have just picked up a new Z710 and right away noticed a difference in signal strength reception compared to my old K750i. I mean a marked difference to a point that at times I loose the signal alltogether when talking to someone. This never happened to me with my K750i. I am basing this comparison on phonecalls made from my apartment, so the lacation is constant for both phones. Has anyone else experienced marked reception differences with their Z710?

I would've thought that the huge antenna would've improved reception...

Maybe you've got a faulty handset, or maybe you've just put a wrong setting?

100% correct I have the same problem with a W710 when the phones in my pocket and when I take it out it says "emergency calls only" and after about a minute it finds signal, never happened with any of my other phones, its not a network related problem by definately a phone problem!
