Hi have some Green and Red lasers. Green lasers can be seen from 40miles away, Green beams can easily be seen even day time.. They are so strong it can pop ballons, burn matches, burn thru paper.
Anybody into this stuff? Any Laser Enthuaists ?

I do like lasers just not the kind that are used in nightclubs and on chav keyrings,...would prefer something with a bit more oomph if you know what i mean....like the sci-fi esque type laser weapons i.e: lightsabre's guns ect.

I have a small handheld red laser, but despite its size the distance that this thing can go, ecspecially at night is amazing...!

I got my first laser when I was studying is Switzerland in 1990, it was a small red one, since than I had alot of lasers. But the green ones are different story . I had my first green one like 6 months ago. They are so powerful yo can use them at night for star pointing. I have two green lasers, one of them is a FUSION 125mW , and the other one is a SPYDER >200mW, the standard red lasers are maximum 5mw in power, imagine the the power output these two green pack together, it's like 40 times stronger the standard red. They are so strong I'm wearing laser googles which filters laser rays at 532Nm.
Anyway the Fusion is about USD $499 and the Spyder 200mW is about USD $999. I got them off the internet at

There are more powerful ones at USD $2000

BTW, I shined my Green laser into an aquarium that had some baby sharks and some other tropical fish in. Once I shined the laser all fish suddenly escaped like hell, I didn't think they would react so much , they just disappered.
